You’ll then receive intake paperwork via TherapyPortal and Headway to complete within the next 48 hours.
Intake steps
Please complete these using a laptop or desktop for the best experience:
1. Create your profile on TherapyPortal.
2. Carefully read the Consent Form.
3. Complete the Client History Form with as much detail as possible.
4. Submit your insurance information and payment card through Headway to verify benefits.
Scheduling & cadence
I schedule clients on a weekly basis.
Biweekly slots are only offered if we’ve established rapport and you have made sufficient progress.
If you prefer monthly, you can email the week before to see what openings are available.
Privacy & communication
Email or text is the best way to reach me. I don’t return phone calls as I’m usually in sessions.
