You’ll then receive intake paperwork via TherapyPortal and Headway to complete.

Intake steps

Please complete these using a laptop or desktop for the best experience:

1. Create your profile on TherapyPortal.

2. Carefully read the Consent Form.

3. Complete the Client History Form with as much detail and information as possible.

4. Submit your insurance and payment info through Headway. They’ll verify your coverage and handle all billing questions through their contact form.

5. After your paperwork and insurance are confirmed, you’ll get a telehealth link by email with reminders before your session.

Scheduling & cadence

I schedule clients on a weekly basis, with a day and time exclusively reserved for you.

Biweekly slots are only offered if we’ve established rapport and you have made sufficient progress.

If you prefer monthly, you can email the week before to see what openings are available.

Email is the best way to reach me. I don’t return phone calls as I’m usually in sessions, but I can respond to texts if they are for scheduling purposes or brief questions only.
